Women Soldiers

Women soldiers must indeed be a great asset when the army is working in close with civilians as in East Timor. But full scale battle is another scenario. There may be some women who are tough enough for combat, but this must pose a problem for their male colleagues.
Defending the women and children is still the ultimate instinct for many men. When a woman soldier is captured and abused, won’t her male buddies be disturbed and shaken – and thus diverted from the task at hand?
