Court of Public Opinion
November 23, 2011
Dear Editor,
Politicians must take care to distinguish public opinion from media advocacy. Prominent media like the Age and the ABC have promoted the view that all science supports climate alarmism. The federal government mounts the apocalyptic horse, charges into a campaign against CO2, and brings down costly legislation. But the public rebel.
The moral of the story is that the public don’t always believe what the media tell them to believe.
