Facts vs Values

Feminists in their enthusiasm sometimes give faulty education to young women. A recent letter says, "What a woman chooses to wear has nothing to do with her falling victim to a rapist".
This is bad advice. Yes, I agree with the feminist principle that no molester shall be exonerated on the grounds of what the victim was wearing. Civilisation must hold perpetrators responsible. No arguments there.
But if you are a woman and if you are exposed to a man in an isolated environment, and if you desire that no sexual advances should be made, you will definitely reduce your chances of being bothered if you don't wear skimpy or flimsy things.
Experienced women know such facts of life and should share their knowledge with the young ones.
